3. Account Deletion Process

Users may request deletion at any time.

A 30-day cooling-off period applies to all deletion requests.

During the cooling-off period:

  • • Account access may be restricted.
  • • User may cancel deletion request.

After 30 days:

  • • Personal data removed where permitted.
  • • Audit logs retained as required by law.

Important:

Audit logs cannot be deleted prior to legal retention expiration. This is required for compliance with financial regulations and legal obligations.

4. Your Data Export Rights

Users may request a data export at any time.

Export formats available: JSON, CSV

Export includes:

  • • Profile information
  • • Deployments and configurations
  • • Trade records (if applicable)
  • • Execution logs

Exports are typically available for download within 24 hours of request.

5. Third-Party Services

QuantumEdge may share data with third-party service providers for operational purposes:

  • • Exchange integrations (e.g., Kraken)
  • • Payment processors
  • • Hosting providers

Important:

QuantumEdge does not control exchange-side data retention. Data stored on exchange platforms is subject to their respective retention policies.

6. Secure Storage

All retained data is protected using industry-standard security measures:

  • • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3)
  • • Role-based access controls
  • • Continuous monitoring and logging

7. Policy Updates
