- Order calls fail with auth errors
Likely causes
- Key rotated in Kraken
- Key revoked
- Stale credentials in app
Why this happens
The platform cannot safely execute trades without valid authenticated exchange credentials.
Recovery steps
- Create or confirm active key in Kraken.
- Reconnect credentials in Exchanges → Connect.
- Recheck deployments dependent on this connection.
Escalation path
- Escalate through support if reconnect succeeds but state does not recover.
