QuantumEdge sends notifications for strategy state changes (deployed, paused, error), trade executions, risk limit alerts, security events (new sign-in, MFA changes), and platform announcements. Each type can be individually enabled or disabled.
Notifications can be delivered via email, in-app alerts, or both. Critical security alerts (new sign-in, MFA changes) are always sent via email regardless of your preferences.
Set minimum severity thresholds to reduce notification noise. For example, receive only critical and warning alerts via email while viewing informational alerts only in-app.
Pro and Enterprise plans support webhook notifications for programmatic integration. Configure a webhook URL to receive real-time JSON payloads for all events, enabling integration with custom dashboards, Slack, or other monitoring tools.
