Steps

01Select trading pair

Choose a cryptocurrency trading pair available on Kraken (e.g., BTC/USD, ETH/USD). Consider the pair's liquidity and typical volatility when selecting.

02Set position size

Define the capital allocation for this deployment. The platform prevents over-allocation across your active deployments to protect against exceeding your available balance on Kraken.

03Configure entry conditions

Set triggers for opening positions: price levels, indicator signals, or time-based rules. Be specific to avoid false signals.

04Set exit conditions

Define when to close positions: take-profit targets, stop-loss levels, or time-based exits. Always include stop-loss for risk management.

05Add risk controls

Configure risk controls such as maximum daily loss limits and maximum open positions. If a risk limit is breached, the deployment may auto-pause to protect your capital.

06Review and deploy

Review all settings in the summary panel. Run a backtest to validate your configuration against historical data before going live. When ready, click 'Deploy'. The strategy enters the 'deploying' state before transitioning to 'active'.
